FAQ

The service at Maestro Pizza stores is available from 11:00 AM to 01:00 AM from Saturday to Wednesday, and 11:00 AM to 2:00 AM on Thursday and Friday, across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The delivery orders through the Maestro app are accepted till 12:30 AM (midnight) and last pick-up orders are accepted till 12:45 am (midnight).

Please note that the above mentioned working hours are subject to change during Eid and Ramadan.

You can change the registered phone number associated with your Maestro Pizza account through the app and website:

  1. Go to 'Account'.
  2. Tap on 'Account Settings'.
  3. Tap on 'Change Mobile Number'.
  4. Enter your new phone number.
  5. Tap on the 'Update mobile number' button.

Please note that your reward points are linked to one phone number, and by changing your mobile number you won't be able to transfer those reward points to the new number.

You can find the nearest branch through our app or website:

  1. Go to 'My Maestro' page.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and click on 'Find nearest restaurant'
  3. The nearest branches would appear in order of distance

Please follow the below steps to solve this issue:

  1. Update the application to the latest version.
  2. Re-register and check your email for any messages. Please ensure to check your spam or junk mail folder as well, as sometimes messages may be diverted there.
